Helping Friends

This is one way I never wanted to help a friend. The brother of a great friend of ours was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. Bob and I spent an hour on the phone today talking about my experience and what he has been going through. I feel so good being able to help him a little bit but not an enviable role. It is strange to know the first person I have met with the same cancer as I have. His treatment is going to be different than mine and his prognosis isn't as good but if I can help make this time a little better for you Bob I am so here for you and Jo.
