Well, I had another food request. This time from Mick, who has been talking about Rippers since he saw them on a TV show about hot dogs around the country. I HAD to go to Rutts Hut and have one. My friends Rudy, Elaine and I had lunch there before I left for home.

| This place has been here forever and I don't think it has changed at all. It was a hang out for St. Mary's HS kids and my cousin Kathy always talked about their onion rings so I had to try them, too. |

| This is a ripper - a deep fried hot dog in natural casing so they burst or rip posing with their special relish. |

| It wasn't love at first bite or third or fifth. I think I would have liked them better if it was a fatter dog cause there was too much bun for it. I sure had my grease fix at that lunch. |
