A continued journey today for a fellow cancer host who decided it was time to stop the struggle. She was not a close friend but we have had many friends in common along with our illness. She did well for years (I think) with breast cancer but a year ago it came back full force. It went to her lungs, her spine and I believe her liver. She battled hard but it got to the point of no hope.
This is especially hard for me to hear but I wish her well continuing her journey and I hope to new adventures. Suffering is over and I hope I have her courage when I get to that point so I can make the decision that is right for me.
