The Big C Day

Carson, Ty and I had a very special time last night. I was in the living room reading (my usual middle of the night routine) and the boys got up to go to the bathroom. They saw the light and thought it was time to get up. Wrong... So they went back to bed. Within five minutes they were up again and we sat on the couch, under the blankets, whispering about presents, being too excited to sleep, the things they liked (toys) and didn't really want (clothes). After about a half hour I decided to try to get a little more sleep (it was now about 4) and we got ourselves tucked in for a few more winks.
I hope it will be a Christmas story they will always remember - I will.
Ty reading something very important.

Carson was putting all the ribbons on O and he just let him.

Oh, poor doggie, do you have a tooth ache?

The adult lineup and my feet.

O found a seasonal blanket.

Poor Carrie had to tell fibs all early winter because Ty really needed and wanted a new jacket but didn't know it was coming for Christmas.

Jay reading about Ski Ghost Towns - defunct ski areas that you can hike and ski at.

Carson is trying out his new calligraphy set.
We are going to have fun with that.

Get your fingers out of the dinner!
