Glass Blowing

I got very excited when Bernie said their friends Roger and Cindell were having their annual
open house - in their Glass Blowing Studio. 

Oops, sorry it is next weekend.

 Waaaa I was so excited. 

Bernie stopped to see them on Sunday, they were working and would welcome visitors.
Yea!!! so off we went.
It was quite fascinating.

A team effort but don't fire up those jeans.

The decoration (white glass) is being applied.

The white lines are snipped to form a more interesting pattern.

This is definitely a group effort and stay out of their way because the team has to move quickly, while the  glass is hot.

The vase gets shaped by turning the pipe and rubbing the HOT glass with wet newsprint paper.
