I just ordered us a rowing machine so I can begin to build up my cardiovascular system when I am ready. My lungs are just trashed. If I could just get rid of my stupid cough I could push them harder. I should be doing something every day to keep what energy I have. Sounds counter intuitive that exercise will give you more energy when you're tired but it is true. Go figure. I wish O was still here to get me out the door and into the woods every day. He was such a motivator.
A journey through my life as I know it! Cancer isn't fun but it isn't the enemy, just my body not functioning well.

Exercise Isn't a Dirty Word
I went for my longest walk today (40 min) in the National Forest behind our property and it felt pretty good. I have another week before the next chemo so I'd better do what I can before the poison starts again. Daily walks or yoga. I do love it here.
