A Nedite's Early Thanksgiving

We had our town Thanksgiving dinner yesterday and it was lots of fun, again. I was promoted to gravy queen this year along with some last minute stuffing making. It was a great success. Probably over 500 people showed up and we ran out of turkey and mashed potatoes but not gravy or stuffing ;->.

We arrived at 12:10 and the line was out of the multi purpose room and down the hall. It continued that way till 2:45!

Food tables were arranged around the room with lots of servers helping out and tables set up in the MPS room and gym.

The kids in the elementary school made the place mats.

Mick the dishwasher.

Dale and Matt trying to decide what to do next.

Betty Porter ran the kitchen - she is NOT going to cook Thursday!

Line is shorter and the pickings are slim.

Well into clean-up.

Easier to roll the tables than carry - go for the round ones!
