In the spring when the snow starts to disappear from the high peaks
This happens and the creeks become very fast, high and dangerous. There was supposed to be a competition in Vail last weekend but they had to cancel it because the water was TOO dangerous and a kayaker had drowned.
O and I did a hike up to the Twin Sisters yesterday. This is a rock formation we see from the house. It turned out to be a really hot day and he was petering out so I didn't go to the top of the north sister to get a picture of our house. Another climb...
